Description
Broad spectrum systemic fungicide with protective and curative action for control of many fungal diseases in fruits, vegetables and ornamental crops.

Spectrum of action
Passat 45 SC combines the benefits of a highly systemic and long-lasting Group 28 (FRAC) fungicide, propamocarb, with a locally systemic with preventive and curative action Group 27 (FRAC) fungicide, cymoxanil. This unique combination broadens the spectrum of the diseases that can be controlled and offers two modes of action for resistance management.
Passat 45 SC`s two modes of action are distinctly different. Propamocarb has a multiple mode of action within the plant. After application, Propamocarb is rapidly taken up by the leaves and transported throughout the plant - stops growth and development of the fungus and provides long-lasting protection of the plant against further attack. Cymoxanil quickly penetrates into the leaf tissue and destroy the already emerging pathogens.

Application regulations
Passat 45 SC can be applied during all growing stages of various plants. In general, it depends from the pathogen development.
Highest results can be observed when the product is applied during the incubation period of Downy mildew – within the first 72 hours from the infection. This place Passat 45 SC in the critical moment of the disease control and the right time of application can ensure significant crop protection.
In the beginning of the crop growing, when the crop is not exposed to high risk of infection, contact fungicides can be included in the spray programs.
When the weather conditions are favorable for disease development and infection, mixtures containing contact + systemic fungicides should be included into the spray program.
As soon as the very first symptoms in the field are observed Passat 45 SC should be applied with the recommended dose rate.
