Spectrum of action
Moxi 36 WP contains two active ingredients with different mode of action are precisely locked in every single granule to ensure complete and residual protection. Moxi 36 WP is mixture with proven rain fastness effect that combines the preventive effect against fungal and bacterial infection of the active ingredient Copper Hydroxide [Cu(OH)2] and the prompt curative effect of Cymoxanil.
Cymoxanil - Presents several possible modes of action which include; inhibition of nucleic acid synthesis, mycelial respiration, cell membrane permeability, and reduced sporulation. It has a protective and curative action; it is local systemic (traslaminar) and contact; inhibits sporulation.
Copper hydroxide - It has a multi-site action on the pathogen. Inhibits spore germination. The spores concentrate the Cu + 2 ions in the circulating medium, which replace the H +, K +, Ca + 2 and Mg + 2 ions. It crosses the cell wall barriers and fungal membranes without selectivity to the pathogen.
Instructions for use
It is recommended to start with applications preventively - according to infection forecast or at the risk of infection. Treatments should be repeated at intervals of 7 - 10 days depending on the infection pressure. Sufficient amount of water should be used to ensure good crop coverage.
